How is
your path?
Our name is inspired by “Bix a beel,” a greeting in Yucatec Maya that means “How are you?” and literally asks “How is your path?” That question captures what we want to learn about you before planning a journey: what excites you, who you are traveling with and how you want to explore the Riviera Maya.
bixabel began for people who want to share the journey with the people they choose. A family coming together again, friends celebrating a wedding or a few unhurried days away. We arrange transfers, a driver by the hour or day, and private tours for small and large groups. On tours with a private guide, their attention is dedicated to you; your driver looks after your group’s needs. You choose the company. Together, we shape the journey.
